Students ages 16 and up may purchase half-price tickets for any of this season’s performances, excluding Premium Seats. Orders must be made through our 1-800-771-1041 number and the caller must request a Student Discount. Please note: The student must present a photo ID and/or proof of current enrollment in a high school, college or vocational school at the will-call window to receive their admission ticket. Student ticket prices are not available for Romeo and Juliet.

DISCOUNT TICKETING POLICY
Opera Naples reserves the right to change discounts and promotions at its discretion without advance notice. Charges incurred for ticket ordering charges, taxes or any item not included in the face value of the ticket are not subject to discounts, promotions or refunds. Discounts may not be retroactively applied. Only one type of discount applies per order. Discounts are subject to seat availability. Discounts only apply to purchases completed in a single order for the same performance.
GENERAL TICKETING POLICY
Ticket pricing and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLED PERFORMANCES POLICY
If the performance or event described by this ticket is cancelled, Opera Naples will credit the amount appearing on this ticket toward the purchase price of a future Opera Naples activity for up to one year from the date of the cancelled activity. Alternatively, the tickets may be returned within one year for a charitable contribution receipt in the amount of the face value of the ticket.
UNUSED TICKETS POLICY
Tickets that will not be used may be returned for a charitable contribution receipt in the amount of the face value, provided the unused tickets are received by Opera Naples at least 48 hours in advance of the performance described on the ticket. Opera Naples is not responsible for postal delays.
